Sylvi Kuperman

Director of Research

Sylvi’s mission at Nuro is to capture the “Voice of the Student” – a worthy charge that calls directly on her research tenure at the University of Chicago’s Center for the Economics of Human Development and prior teaching experience. Sylvi earned an M.A. in the Social Sciences from University of Chicago, a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Illinois, and ISBE Type 09 Social Science Certification with endorsements in psychology and history. Formerly Adjunct Faculty at College of Lake County, Sylvi taught diverse learners aged 17 to 80. When not applying human development principles and empirical evidence to enabling success for post-secondary students, Sylvi can be found exploring the beautiful mountains of Colorado and enjoying time with her own two successful post-secondary students.
